Steve’s 9W Collision in Highland, NY is seeking a skilled Structural and Body Repair Technician to join our small, hardworking team. We offer a collaborative work environment, consistent workflow supported by DRP partnerships and competitive compensation. This position requires knowledge of structural repair procedures, including the use of Car-O-Liner computerized measuring systems, frame pulling as well as metal finishing and bodywork.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in structural and body repair (required)
- Proficient with computerized measuring systems and frame equipment
- Ability to repair and straighten metal using stud pulling and hammer-and-dolly techniques
- Skilled in application and finishing of body filler
- Capable of performing complete disassembly and reassembly of vehicles for repair processes
- Ability to perform accurate, high-quality repairs in accordance with manufacturers procedures
- I-CAR or equivalent industry certifications (preferred)
- Must provide own tools and work effectively in a team-focused environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional attitude are essential
