Job Details

Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis regarding vehicle make, type, and desired features.
- Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
- Research availability of models and optional equipment using computer databases.
- Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate pricing, taxes, trade-in allowances, license fees, and financing or lease payments.
- Visually inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
- Complete all sales paperwork accurately and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with features and operation.
- Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work Hours
This is a full-time, in-person position. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of one year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up with clients before and after sales.

Current valid driver’s license required.

Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to speak a second language is preferred but not required.
