What You’ll Own
- End-to-end requisition management in our ATS, from creation through approvals
- Job posting accuracy across all platforms
- Sourcing and screening entry-level candidates across the business
- Internal mobility support, including transfers and visibility initiatives
- Hiring manager partnership to keep searches moving efficiently
- Job description maintenance and database updates
- Weekly internal job newsletter and careers inbox management
- Employee referral program tracking and rewards coordination
- Recruiting events, career fairs, and internship program support
- Special projects that improve how we attract and hire talent
- You’re highly organized and thrive in fast-moving environments
- You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing detail
- You know how to build relationships and deliver great service
- You handle sensitive information with professionalism
- You have 3 years of recruiting experience and ATS expertise
Salary : $27 - $31
