The Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for supporting the footwear product team by managing product information, coordinating samples and prototypes, and ensuring all materials are accurate and ready for internal reviews and market milestones. Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage footwear samples and prototypes across development stages
- Maintain and update product data, specs, and merchandising tools (spreadsheets, line sheets)
- Support market preparation (line reviews, showroom setup, sell-in readiness)
- Coordinate digital assets (images, product details, SKU info) for internal and external use
- Partner with design, development, and merchandising teams to ensure product accuracy and alignment
- Assist in timeline tracking to ensure seasonal deadlines are met
- Communicate with external vendors for sample status and asset needs
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary : $24 - $26
