SLE is looking for a creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer!
Showcase your abilities and design for an array of clients, events and innovative products including marketing materials, promotional items, advertisements, brochures, flyers and website graphics. Our team of highly creative graphic designers provide valuable input, ideas, and concepts for the overall design direction for various projects. Designers work together with team members and project leads to maintain project deadlines and comply with other projects and tasks as assigned while being able to successfully create while still falling within the given budget.

Qualifications:
- Creative with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of design techniques and print production.
- Experience designing logos, marketing materials, web graphics, editorial design, and more.
- The Senior Graphic Design Specialist position will supervise other Graphic Design Coordinators along with the Communications Manager.
- Must be able to take initiative to complete tasks and projects.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to present concepts, branding, and designs to clients on a one-on-one basis.
- Must maintain a professional attitude at all times and be able to handle changes in a fast-moving environment.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a group environment.
- Must have an understanding of the role graphic design plays in the marketing and promotional process.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with the marketing, social media, and events teams to create their event vision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the agency's design capabilities
- Share knowledge and insights with the team, fostering a culture of creativity and growth
- Flexibility: While we have specified core hours, this role may require flexibility to accommodate other commitments outside of these hours.
- Assisting department managers with marketing and event-related tasks when applicable.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in graphic design or related field (video graphics, graphics, web design)
- Application must include a portfolio of work sent to jobs@slentertainment.com (.pdf, .jpg, website link, youtube, etc.)
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools
- Solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience in videography and video editing in Final Cut Pro X and After Effects is a plus!
* Experience in web development using HTML and Wordpress is a plus
