The Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional with annuity experience and a passion for building relationships?
We are seeking a Hybrid Wholesaler to grow and develop a high-potential territory within our bank and financial institution channel. This role blends internal and external wholesaling—leveraging phone, virtual, and in-person engagement to drive production and deepen advisor relationships.
You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across Arkansas, Texas, and Louisiana, with opportunity for additional territory growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a territory of bank and financial institution partners
- Drive annuity sales through proactive outreach (phone, email, virtual, and in-person meetings)
- Recruit, develop, and activate new producers within the territory
- Partner closely with External Wholesalers to identify and close opportunities
- Deliver product education, case design support, and sales ideas to financial professionals
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement with new advisors
- Leverage data and analytics to target high-potential producers
- Execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives in partnership with internal teams
- Conduct group presentations, product trainings, and client events
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in annuity sales (Fixed, Indexed, Variable, with strong RILA knowledge preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and grow a sales territory
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
- High level of professionalism when working with financial advisors and institutions
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as an Internal Wholesaler, Financial Advisor, or related role
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (preferred)
- Willingness to travel 25% within territory
