Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Steve Cronin State Farm is a neighborhood agency rooted in the Littleton, CO community. We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process from first conversation through policy placement and follow-up
• Keep sales activity, quotes, and follow-up dates up to date in the agency system
• Work toward clear weekly activity numbers and monthly production goals
• Take part in ongoing product training and pre-licensing study
• Turn conversations into scheduled appointments and carry each one through the sales process

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided
• Self-starter who stays consistent with outreach and follow-up
• Committed to getting licensed in insurance as part of the role
• Open to feedback and focused on improving every week
• Comfortable picking up the phone and keeping a conversation moving

Pay range: $50,000-$75,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
