What You'll Do
You'll work on a two-person crew servicing residential and commercial properties.
Daily tasks include:
- Mowing
- Edging
- String trimming
- Blowing
- Mulch
- Flower beds
- Basic landscaping
Most days you'll complete approximately 20–22 properties with your teammate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Reliable, fast learner, and eager to grow
- Dependable and money-motivated with a desire for long-term work
- Ability to work outdoors in the Florida heat for extended periods
- Previous lawn care experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus
- Physically able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk frequently
What We Offer:
- $18/hr base pay while training.
- $20/hr base pay once “Foreman Ready” (able to drive a truck/trailer and run a route).
- Pay-for-Performance Bonus based on efficiency (Our top performers earn $24 - $28/hr).
- 7 days of PTO (begin accruing after 30 days).
- Paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Day After, and Christmas Day).
- 1 paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s (20 hours paid at your hourly rate).
Job Type:
- Full-time (30 hours per week during the season)
- Part-time (16 hours per week)
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to consistently arrive on time
