As an Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in our shop’s success. You will be responsible for accurately diagnosing vehicle issues, performing high-quality repairs, and ensuring every vehicle leaves in safe, reliable condition.

️ Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
- Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance services (brakes, suspension, oil changes, etc.)
- Utilize industry-leading diagnostic software including Alldata, Mitchell, and Identifix
- Inspect vehicles and provide clear recommendations for needed repairs
- Document all work performed and maintain organized repair records
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Stay up to date with evolving automotive technologies and repair techniques
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience (more preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with a variety of makes and models
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of professionalism
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Own tools required (preferred but not mandatory depending on experience level)
