This role is a 85/15 position:
- 85% Production Specialist
- 15% Driving
Steuart Nutrition is hiring a dependable and professional female Driver & Production Operator. This position involves transporting a small group of female employees from the Mabel, MN area to our production facility in LeRoy, MN, followed by working as a production operator during scheduled plant hours.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
1. Transporting Female Employees
Safely transport designated female employees between Mabel, MN and LeRoy, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time pickup at 5:40 a.m. in Mabel
- Arrival for the 6:20 a.m. shift start in LeRoy
2. Production Specialist
Perform production labor duties in a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging and assisting operators
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements
- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and coworkers
YOU MUST HAVE
- A valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- A reliable vehicle suitable for employee transportation
