What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:
Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in business ownership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A willingness to learn, grow, and develop a business
The ability to operate within our local market area
Previous business ownership or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
Insurance experience is also helpful, but you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. We can help qualified candidates understand the licensing process.
