We are seeking a motivated and personable 2nd Shift Service Writer to join our team at our Evansville International Truck dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the diesel/truck service industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately write and explain repair estimates
- Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians
- Coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain detailed and organized service records
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Basic computer skills (CDK Dealer Management System experience helpful but not mandatory)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a routine background check
