PRN Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled Nursing

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a PRN or Part-Time capacity.

In this role, you'll help deliver personalized, hands-on treatment plans that support each resident's unique physical, mobility, and functional goals. If you're passionate about helping individuals regain strength, restore independence, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families, and providing high-quality, compassionate care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Restore Independence: Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' strength, mobility, balance, and daily living activities.
• Educate & Support: Guide and train patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, safe mobility techniques, and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Assist with ongoing assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, effective care.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support and advocate for your patients.
