What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Actually likes driving and doing supply runs to Home Depot, lumber yards, and job sites
- Shows up on time, every time
- Takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly
- Communicates clearly with installers, drivers, and office staff
- Is respectful, dependable, and easy to work with
- Is comfortable lifting, loading, organizing, and handling tools/materials
- Can learn simple tools (ladders, drills, tape measure, etc.)
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment where the day goes by quickly
- Wants a long-term home, not just a temporary gig
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
- Open and prep the warehouse at the start of the day
- Stock, organize, and track materials and hardware
- Pull and prepare daily materials for installation crews
- Load ladders, gutters, downspouts, and supplies safely onto trucks
- Receive deliveries, check them in, and put items where they belong
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and easy to navigate
- Perform periodic supply runs to Home Depot, lumber yards, roofing suppliers, and other construction warehouses
- Report low inventory and restock as needed
- Make occasional deliveries to job sites to support crews
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and simple hands-on tasks
- Support the team with any warehouse or logistics needs that pop up during the day

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
