What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gutter Installer position at Stern Gutters?
Stern Gutters is seeking gutter installers to join our team. We install & repair gutters and fascia/soffits; we also clean gutters on residential and commercial buildings. Prior roofing, gutter or siding experience is a must. Experience with aluminum breaks is preferred.We prefer experienced professionals. We also have a training program for career switchers or young pros - you can learn new skills and advance to a journeyman within a few months. The Crew Member will be responsible for various tasks within the overall construction process and, periodically, may be tasked with gutter cleaning projects.Responsibilities- Measuring, cutting, and assembling gutter materials- Handle and maintain tools and equipment- Perform line tasks and projects, including installation of gutters, fascia trim, and soffits.- Clean and organize work areas Qualifications- Must have prior gutter experience- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks- Clean driving record What's in it for you?- Full-time, Monday-Friday, and sometime Saturday if you want it- Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience overtime- Plenty of room to grow - we support training and help you level up - Work vehicle (after probation and for the right person)- Learn from experienced installers and roofers- Fun, supportive team culture - no egos, no BS- Real variety - residential, commercial, maintenance, installs ... no two days are the same
