Responsibilities
- Assist with discovery as needed on all legal matters
- Provide paralegal support on legal cases as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate document preparation, filing, and case management
- Conduct legal research and manage case files as needed
Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of related experience in Family Law required
- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies or related field required or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Paralegal certificate required

$95,000 commensurate with experience
