The Social Worker will assist in providing psychological, rehabilitation, and social support to our patients and families. We would like to speak with a Social Worker who is skilled in communication, assessment and social work methods and techniques. You should be able to work effectively with a variety of disciplines in an individual and team setting. - Basic knowledge of the Medicaid process is required.
- Social work license is required - LICSW, LCSW or LSW
