Job Summary
Stern & Cohen, Philadelphia’s fastest-growing Workers’ Compensation Law Firm, is looking for an experienced and motivated bilingual Spanish/English-speaking Intake Specialist to join our team. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for many new clients contacting the firm, including both English- and Spanish-speaking prospective clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering new client calls in both Spanish and English, as well as answering general questions from prospective clients
- Following up on client leads via phone, email, and text messaging
- Scheduling appointments for new clients and sending out new client paperwork
- Following up with referral partners regarding the status of client referrals
- Communicating clearly and professionally with Spanish- and English-speaking clients throughout the intake process
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Strong affinity for customer service
- Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
- Basic knowledge of Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law is preferred, but not required
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate professionally in both Spanish and English, verbally and in writing
