Stern at Home Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible, part-time remote 1099 opportunity supporting patients across New York and New Jersey.
This role is ideal for a PT looking to supplement their current schedule, work from home, and maintain flexibility without committing to a full-time position.
What You'll Do:
- Provide remote physical therapy services via telehealth, with assistance from in-person Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Complete patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharges.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate with patients and the care team as needed.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care from the comfort of your home.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: 10–20 hours per week.
- Flexible scheduling.

- 1099 independent contractor.

Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in New York.
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted licenses in both states.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth.
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
