About the Role
Sterlyn Silver Corp, a fast-growing fine jewelry manufacturer working with global fashion brands, is seeking a motivated Client Relationship Coordinator to manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, track product development, and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves both creativity and organization — bridging design, production, and client service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily communication with U.S. fashion and jewelry brand clients.
- Coordinate between design, CAD, and production teams overseas to ensure smooth workflow from sample to shipment.
- Track orders, timelines, and approvals while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Support pricing negotiations, quotes, and invoicing.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and improve delivery timelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or Design.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, merchandising, or production coordination (jewelry/fashion experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and materials.
- Comfortable working with overseas vendors (Thailand, China, etc.).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to grow with a creative team.
