Production Line Lead
1st Shift 7:30AM - 4PM | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays
Small Town Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Line Lead for a growing manufacturing company. This position is responsible for leading production employees, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining production schedules, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and support production team members
- Monitor production lines and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform quality checks and maintain production records
- Assist with machine operation and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing leadership experience required
- Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
