About the Role:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IMC/DOU Stepdown unit. This acute care role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift
Location: Oxnard, CA 93030
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other week first to float)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the IMC/DOU (Stepdown) unit
- Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation
- Respond to patient needs and assist in complex care scenarios
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Able to complete a 12-hour orientation
