Tower Crew Lead

Sterling Telecommunications is a general contractor specializing in wireless construction in the greater Puget Sound area. We are a safety and quality focused company seeking a like-minded individual to fill the position of Tower Crew Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of RF modifications & new builds
• Coordinate with the office regarding material, equipment rentals, subcontractors, etc.
• Read, comprehend, and execute construction documents
• Communicate and submit information using word, excel, outlook, etc.
• Instruct and motivate crew
• Perform sweep/PIM/fiber tests
• Understand and implement proper safety procedures

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of crew lead experience in the telecommunications industry
• Proficiency with multiple carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)
• PIM Certified
• Sweep Testing Certified
• Fiber Testing Certified
• Climbing/Tower Rescue Certified
• First Aid Certified
• Good understanding of multiple technologies (AWS, LTE, CDMA/UMTS, GSM/PCS)
• Willingness to travel
• Valid driver's license
