Come join a dynamic healthcare team as a full-time Cardiologist in the heart of Southwest Georgia, located in Moultrie. This opportunity welcomes a dedicated professional to join a 155-bed community-based teaching hospital known for its dedication to medical excellence and top-notch patient care.
Position Highlights:
- Role: Currently looking for both non-invasive and invasive general cardiologists.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with a balanced mix of clinic and cath lab responsibilities.
- Patient Load: Expected to manage 14-20 patients per day in the clinic, while hospital patient numbers may vary.
- Call Duty: Required 7 days per month, shared with other cardiologists, with additional compensation for extra calls.
- Education: Opportunity to mentor medical students and residents.

Procedures and Diagnostic Services Offered:

Requirements:
- Completion or upcoming completion of cardiology fellowship.
- Board-certified or board certification eligible, with a requirement to obtain certification within 5 years if eligible.
- Hold a Georgia Medical License or participate in the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
