Partner with your General Manager to run a great restaurant while building your own leadership skills.
Pay & Benefits
- Base salary starting at approximately $50,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

What You’ll Lead
- Develop your team: Support staffing, interviewing, training, and performance reviews. Give Shift Leaders and Team Members clear direction and ongoing feedback.
- Run great shifts: Coordinate people and priorities, lead alongside your crew, and maintain a safe, clean, organized restaurant.
- Deliver welcoming service: Uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Resolve concerns with care and give guests a reason to return.
- Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
