Responsibilities
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing detailed tours of available apartments and community amenities to highlight features and benefits.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring all documentation complies with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards.
- Utilize Onesite and knock to accurately enter data, track leads, and maintain organized records.
- Promote property features through upselling techniques while maintaining excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Handle lease negotiations, prepare contracts, and explain lease terms clearly to ensure mutual understanding.
- Assist with property maintenance coordination and resolve tenant concerns promptly through effective conflict management strategies.
Skills
- Excellent administrative experience with knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, and lease contract management.
- Demonstrated ability in property leasing, customer relationship management, sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
- Exceptional office experience with phone etiquette, conflict resolution skills, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
