Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial Support
- Record and categorize daily transactions (AP/AR, expenses, deposits)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Process vendor bills and manage payment schedules
- Assist with payroll preparation and reporting
Administrative & Office Support
- Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with customer inquiries
- Organize files, contracts, invoices, and internal documentation
- Support scheduling, order tracking, and internal coordination
- Assist with purchasing, vendor communication, and inventory tracking
- Help leadership stay organized with reminders, follow-ups, and documentation
- Support special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of bookkeeping and/or administrative experience
- Experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and dependable
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in a small business, print, manufacturing, or service environment
- Familiarity with payroll systems and sales tax filings
- Interest in growing into a more senior operations or finance role
