Urology Physician Assistant (or NP)Join a well established health system with multiple locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island. Physician led medical group working with an experienced Urologist. Provides direct patient care in office consultations, including assessment,work-ups, triage, emergency work-ins, and other patient care activities. Treating patients with kidney stones and other general urologic conditions. Obtain health history, perform and document physical exam. Provide counseling to patients regarding diagnosis and expected course of treatment. Collaborates with physician to provide appropriate direct care interventions within scope of practice. Consult with appropriate internal and external staff to make appropriate referrals for acute, chronic and preventive care.
