Universal Worker

Park Gardens Senior Living & Sterling Park Commons, a 110-bed Assisted Living Facility (AL), located in Waite Park, MN, is seeking a Universal Worker to join our team. In this essential healthcare role, you provide foundational care and support to our residents.

CURRENT NEEDS: FT/PT openings with every other weekend. Starting Pay up to $24.00/hour depending on experience and shift.

CNA Certification preferred but not required. 

JOB SUMMARY:
In this non-certified caregiving role, Universal Workers assist residents with activities of daily living, fostering resident’s independence and freedom of choice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
