Qualifications:
Certification/License:
· Must possess (3) years recent experience working as a phlebotomist.
· BLS Provider Certification (American Heart Association)
· Phlebotomy certification is not required but is helpful (CPT, PBCT).
Must provide CV/resume with current employment history.
