Membership Sales Representative

We’re growing our urgent care system in Boise and looking for a driven sales professional to sell healthcare membership plans to individuals, families, and local businesses.
What You’ll Do
• Sell urgent care membership plans using inbound and outbound leads
• Explain benefits, pricing, and how memberships compare to traditional insurance
• Follow up consistently until leads close or clearly don’t
• Build relationships in the Boise community
• Track activity and results in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
• Sales experience, healthcare or membership sales a plus
• Understanding of health insurance or self-pay healthcare models
• Self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement
• Strong follow-up and communication skills
