Position Summary
Sterling Urgent Care is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support the recruitment of Physicians (MD/DO), Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other clinical staff across our urgent care locations. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle and partners closely with operations and medical leadership to ensure clinics are staffed with high-quality providers.
This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, relationship-building, and closing candidates in competitive healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including MDs, PAs, NPs, and licensed clinical staff

Partner with operations, medical leadership, and HR to understand staffing needs and timelines

Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and job boards

Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure requirements, availability, and cultural fit

Coordinate interviews, site visits, and hiring decisions

Manage candidate communication from first contact through offer acceptance

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics

Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future growth

Stay informed on provider workforce trends and market conditions
Qualifications

Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience required

Proven experience recruiting PAs, NPs, and Physicians strongly preferred

Understanding of licensure, credentialing, and provider onboarding processes

Strong sourcing, communication, and follow-through skills

Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
