What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Operations Coordinator position at Sterling Lighting?

Key Responsibilities
Product Development Coordination
Track product ideas from concept to prototype to production readiness.
Coordinate vendors, engineers, and designers, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Maintain documentation, feedback loops, and follow-ups so Patrick’s time is focused on decision-making, not chasing details.
Video & Content Operations
Assist with logistics for shoots (gear, props, luminaires, schedules, prep lists).
Communicate with the video team to ensure smooth execution.
Anticipate needs and troubleshoot issues before they arise.
Calendar, E-Mail & Meeting Management
Maintain Patrick’s calendar, including scheduling, confirming, and prep meeting materials.
Identify recurring meetings or inactive projects and prompt action or cleanup.
- Assist with organizing, tracking, and maintaining Patrick's inbound and outbound email accounts across brands.
Social Media Support
Post and monitor scheduled content in alignment with marketing and leadership.
Ensure brand consistency for each brand and timely engagement where appropriate.
Cross-Business Awareness
Maintain up-to-date understanding of Sterling Lighting, Dayloom, and Hearthstone’s products, events, and initiatives.
Communicate across departments with accuracy and context.
