Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range starting at $47,400 commensurate with experience
- Uncapped performance-based bonus monthly potentially ranging from $500 to $1,500 per month
- Paid vacation and holidays

- Prior experience as a paralegal in family law is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm
- Provide support to at least two attorneys, managing family law cases from start to finish
- Draft, e-file, and serve pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and pre-trial materials; proactively anticipate attorney needs
- Compile, scan, and organize discovery responses and exhibits; maintain accurate electronic and physical files
- Manage attorney calendars, hearings, and court appearances; schedule client, court, and opposing counsel calls; reconcile electronic dockets
- Work directly with clients to complete financial statements and maintain ongoing communication regarding case updates, deadlines, and hearings
- Coordinate document service, confirm completion, file affidavits of service, and notify attorneys/clients of outcomes
- Process incoming mail, track case-related expenses, and handle reimbursements
- Support client meetings and in-office appointments, including greeting clients and preparing spaces
