HYBRID Opportunity in Northeast, OH or DFW, TX The Workload Planning Specialist plays an integral role in bringing brand and operational strategies to life within our stores. This role focuses on analyzing and optimizing the business processes, tools, and experiences that empower store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and execute with consistency and confidence. Acting as a bridge between strategy and the sales floor, this role transforms feedback, operational insights, and field realities into actionable business recommendations—ensuring every initiative feels intuitive, on-brand, and effortless for our teams and customers alike. Responsibilities Partner with the Manager/Sr. Manager to evaluate the business impact and operational readiness of store initiatives Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities to simplify how information, tools, and priorities flow to store teams Translate strategic goals into clear, usable business requirements and implementation plans that elevate execution and customer experience Gather field and stakeholder feedback to uncover friction points or unmet needs in daily operations Map end-to-end processes to identify redundancies and propose streamlined solutions that save time and enhance focus on customer engagement Support pilot programs and test-and-learn activations, ensuring feedback informs scalable, sustainable improvements Work closely with Operations, Training, Communications, and Field Leadership to ensure initiatives are practical, clearly communicated, and brand-aligned Contribute to the creation of support tools, playbooks, and communication frameworks that simplify execution for every leadership level Serve as a key connector between corporate teams and the field—advocating for the voice of the store and ensuring that operational decisions enhance the jewelry buying experience Track initiative adoption and usability through defined business KPIs and qualitative feedback Maintain documentation and reporting that capture insights, process enhancements, and best practices for future activations Identify patterns and emerging needs in store feedback to inform long-term improvements to team experience and client engagement Qualifications Bachelor degree 3 of experience in retail operations (preferably in the corporate setting, but field also applicable), or process improvement, ideally within specialty, or multi-unit retail Strong understanding of how operational design impacts customer experience and brand perception Skilled in analyzing and simplifying business processes with a focus on scalability and adoption Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to synthesize findings and influence cross-functional partners Proficiency in documentation and visualization tools (e.g., Miro, Whiteboard, Canva, PowerPoint, etc. Adobe Creative Cloud a plus Mid-level to advanced knowledge of Office 365 business productivity apps (Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Forms, Copilot, etc). The salary range for this opportunity is $50,000.00 – $63,500.
