Position Description

What You'll Do
- Operate a dozer to move earth, rock, and other materials on construction sites
- Cut, grade, and level surfaces according to project plans and specifications
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Work closely with site supervisors, foremen, and other equipment operators
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure work is performed efficiently and accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of proven experience operating a dozer in heavy civil or roadway construction
- Knowledge of GPS or grade-control systems is a plus
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and grades
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
