Schedule: 20 House per week - Monday-Friday is flexible
Saturdays 10am-4pm - Saturday's hours are mandatory.

- Achieve maximum occupancy by doing the following:
- Generate leads and handle prospective traffic
- Greet prospects in person and by phone
- Conduct property tours
- Qualify prospects
- Lease apartments
- Prepare lease documentation
- Complete move-in paperwork and procedures
- Perform all the above and other related duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Retail services or sales experience desired
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal relations
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Yardi Program knowledge, preferred
- Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills

Physical Demands:
- Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex documents.
- Ability to verbally and in writing communicate information and ideas so others will
- Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a copy
- Moderate level of repetitive typing using a computer keyboard.
- Must be able to frequently walk the apartment community.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position. Required to move about inside the office
- Alternate between sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift, carry and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment will be moderate.
