Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for various project types across commercial, industrial, and specialty environments
- Oversee mechanical system designs from conceptual development through final documentation and project turnover
- Apply knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices in mechanical system design
- Perform mechanical load calculations using approved engineering methodologies
- Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals and client expectations
- Prepare design, permit, and construction documentation using 3D modeling tools such as Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Contribute to project planning and conceptual design efforts, including support for project proposals and early-stage engineering activities
- Support construction activities by reviewing RFIs, submittals, and addressing field issues as needed
- Participate in the development and refinement of internal standards, processes, and training programs
- 7-20 years of experience in mechanical system design
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and mechanical system design principles
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
