Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 Base Monthly Performance Bonus

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules within the Epicor ERP system.
- Manage production capacity and resource planning to support customer demand.
- Monitor ERP data accuracy and make updates to maintain scheduling integrity.
- Collaborate with production, operations, sales, and other departments to optimize workflow.
- Communicate production schedules, order priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate expedited orders when necessary to meet customer expectations.
- Track production lead times and on time delivery performance.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend scheduling improvements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Analyze production data and scheduling performance to improve operational results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of production scheduling experience in a high mix, high volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience using ERP software for production scheduling; Epicor experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Ability to analyze production data and make informed scheduling decisions.
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
