Location: Oak Brook Terrace, IL 60181

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $85,000 (Higher compensation available based on experience)

Position Description

We are seeking experienced Plumbing Project Engineers to perform design engineering work across a variety of project types, including industrial, commercial, laboratory, medical clinic, office building, and educational facilities.

Responsibilities include calculations for pipe sizing, pressure drop, water heaters, grease traps, and oil separators; field surveys; specifications; equipment selection; drafting; and code review.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of engineering codes and standards, including ASPE, IPC, Illinois Plumbing Code, and IECC.
  • Experience with all phases of a project.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting.
