Responsibilities:
- Lead scheduling for all projects across assigned product groups
- Supervise two R&D schedulers and oversee workload balance
- Maintain the master schedule
- Track resource needs and timelines using MS Project
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or delays
- Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing
- Enforce schedule discipline and resolve conflicts
- Review financial impact and project complexity levels
- Navigate the ERP system to validate data and status
- Provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements:
- Strong background in project scheduling
- Proficient with MS Project and resource planning
- Experience handling high-volume, high-value projects
- Able to manage direct reports and drive accountability

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
