This is a hands-on, entry-level Manufacturing Technician role supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team. You’ll work closely with engineering, assembly, and production to build prototypes, support new product development, and assist with technical assembly projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:
- Assist in building prototypes for new product development and special assembly projects.
- Position parts and subassemblies using templates and measurement tools.
- Assemble components and subassemblies, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Support engineering and production teams as a liaison on technical builds.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree, certifications, or vocational training preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and BOMs.
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Exposure to milling, CAD (AutoCAD/CREO), or PLCs is a plus (training available)
