Job Duties:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot facility and basic production equipment issues
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installation and facility upgrades
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Maintain work orders, parts, and documentation in CMMS/ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of facility maintenance or related experience
- Strong experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read schematics and perform hands-on troubleshooting
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- HVAC certification and/or refrigeration certification
- NFPA 70E training
