Production Planner / Industrial Engineer (MS Project Required)

Growing manufacturer of engineered material handling and conveyor systems is seeking a Production Planner / Industrial Engineer to play a key role in coordinating production schedules, resources, and project timelines. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain production schedules using Microsoft Project
- Create and manage Gantt charts to keep projects on schedule
- Coordinate production timelines for conveyor assembly projects
- Work closely with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors to ensure materials and resources are available when needed
- Support resource planning and production capacity planning
- Monitor project milestones and proactively identify scheduling conflicts or delays
- Coordinate shipment timing to meet customer project deadlines
- Communicate schedule updates across multiple departments to keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred
- Entry level Industrial Engineers with 1 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Microsoft Project experience is required
- Strong experience creating and managing Gantt charts
- Experience with production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
