Field Service Engineer / Machine Builder

We're hiring 4 Field Service Engineers / Machine Builders to install and support custom automated equipment at customer sites across the U.S.
This is a remote position. Candidates based in or around Indianapolis are strongly preferred, but we're open to qualified candidates nationwide.
The Perks
- Up to $45/hr based on experience
- $7,200/year car allowance
- Car allowance paid bi-weekly
- Gas/fuel expenses reimbursed
- Travel time is paid
- 1.5x OT: 40–60 hours
- 2x OT: 60 hours
What Does Travel Look Like?
Up to 75% travel
- Primarily Indiana East Coast
- Assignments can last up to 3 weeks
- Some weekend stays required
- The upside? You're paid while traveling.
What You'll Do
You'll be hands-on installing custom automated machinery at customer facilities.
- Mechanical & electrical installation
- Machine assembly and startup
- Equipment troubleshooting
- Pneumatic systems
- Electrical/controls troubleshooting
- Use forklifts, rigging, and lifting equipment
- Work directly with customer teams
Who We're Looking For
Electrical / PLC experience is a big plus, and pneumatic experience is preferred.
