This role focuses on panel wiring, machine wiring, and electrical integration for high-speed, precision automation systems. - Wire and assemble electrical control panels from schematics and electrical prints
- Perform point-to-point machine wiring including sensors, actuators, motors, servos, and safety devices
- Install and route cable trays, wireways, conduits, and flexible cabling on automated equipment
- Terminate PLC I/O, VFDs, servo drives, HMIs, and safety components
- Support machine power-up, checkout, and electrical troubleshooting during debug
- Work closely with mechanical builders and controls engineers to resolve wiring and integration issues
- Ensure wiring meets electrical codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Assist with machine teardown, shipment preparation, and on-site installation support as needed
- Maintain clean, labeled, and organized electrical assemblies
- 3 years of industrial or automation electrical experience
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
