Design the Power Behind Critical Infrastructure
Our client is a growing manufacturer of custom commercial and industrial enclosure systems that house critical electrical equipment for customers across a variety of industries. As projects continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer or Electrical Designer to join their engineering team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on highly customized projects from concept through production while collaborating closely with manufacturing, project management, and customers.
What You'll Do
- Create electrical layouts and design drawings for commercial and industrial enclosure projects

- Prepare approval drawings and documentation for customers and local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Ensure all designs comply with NEC requirements and applicable electrical codes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong Design for Manufacturing (DFM) mindset
Unlike positions focused solely on drafting, this role allows you to influence equipment selection, electrical design strategy, code compliance, and manufacturability.
Whether your background comes from industrial facilities, power distribution, switchgear, modular buildings, consulting engineering, or construction-related electrical design, you'll play a key role in delivering engineered solutions that support mission-critical infrastructure.
