We're seeking a Director of Engineering to join the leadership team of a growing automation and capital equipment manufacturer. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead Mechanical, Controls, Systems, and Product Development Engineering while helping drive the next phase of growth for a $35M operation.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Drive engineering strategy, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Improve engineering processes, resource planning, and operational efficiency
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Sales, and Finance to achieve business objectives
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering leadership experience within automation, capital equipment, machine building, or custom manufacturing environments
• Proven success leading engineering teams and improving project execution
• Strong background in operational excellence, process improvement, and resource planning
