Title: CNC Operator

Shift: Sun-Thur, 6pm-6am OR Fri-Sun, 4am-4:30pm
Hourly Rate: up to $25.00 depending on experience plus shift differential

Job Duties:
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to support production requirements
- Set up and operate CNC equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, routers, and other machining equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and submit repair requests when needed
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate issues to supervisors or team leads
- Identify and report defective materials, equipment concerns, or process issues
- Keep equipment and work areas clean while following all safety procedures
- Support other departments and production activities as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and overhead cranes
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Salary : $25
