We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturer that’s looking to bring on an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support process development, operational efficiency, and technology-driven improvements across key production areas. This role sits within the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering group and plays a critical part in shaping how products move from concept to full-scale production. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in structured, hands-on engineering environments, understands how to break down complex processes, and can execute improvement initiatives with clarity, discipline, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structured design and improvement activities such as 3P workshops, process reviews, and value stream updates to enhance flow, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Support new product introduction efforts by evaluating manufacturability, defining process requirements, and coordinating cross-functional readiness from prototype through launch.
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation, including process summaries, workflow visuals, and control plans for assigned manufacturing areas.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and quality teams to identify inefficiencies and drive corrective actions using formal problem-solving methods (FMEA, root cause analysis, etc.).
  • Manage technical projects that involve equipment enhancements, new process development, or production optimization—ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Recommend and champion new manufacturing technologies, tools, or methods that improve throughput, reliability, or cost performance.
  • Review engineering outputs to validate accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in project leadership or engineering project management
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, Red X, Lean, or similar problem-solving credentials
